Sugo all'aglione ist ein typisches Ragù der Amiata- und toskanischen Tradition, basierend auf Knoblauch aus dem Val di Chiana, Tomaten und Chilischoten. Eine einfache Sauce mit gleichzeitig starkem Charakter, perfekt zu Pici, die aber auch zu kurzen Nudeln oder Croutons passen kann.

5 Minuten leicht erhitzen und zum Würzen der Nudeln verwenden.

ZUTATEN Tomatenmark (96 % italienischen Ursprungs), Olivenöl, 1 % Knoblauch, Salz, scharfer Pfeffer. Säureregulator: Zitronensäure E330.

ALLERGENE (siehe Gesetzesdekret 114/2006 und nachfolgende Änderungen) Enthält Allergene (Knoblauch). Kann Spuren von Gluten, Fisch, Milch, Nüssen, Sellerie, Erdnüssen, Sesam, Soja, Senf enthalten.

LAGERMETHODEN: An einem kühlen, trockenen Ort aufbewahren, fern von Licht- und Wärmequellen. Nach dem Öffnen im Kühlschrank bei 0°/+4°C aufbewahren und innerhalb von 5 Tagen verbrauchen.
