

Iuzzolini igt prima fila white wine is a white wine produced with Pecorello and Chardonnay grapes. The harvest is manual in the first week of August. The maturation takes place in steel for two months while the refinement continues for a month in the bottle at a controlled temperature. At sight it has a brilliant straw yellow colour. The floral scent releases fresh fruit with notes of white peach, banana and mango with hints of hazelnut and almond in the finish. The broad, delicate, pleasantly fruity flavour, with a fragrant and fresh aftertaste.

Climate: Mediterranean, with mild winters and hot, dry summers.
Harvest: manual first week of August. Yield per hectare of grapes: 60 – 70 quintals.
Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, 60% must yield on the grapes.
