In 2005, some members of the Iuzzolini family began processing the grapes by adopting a modern and equipped cellar, thus realizing a dream handed down over time. This good white wine is produced in the province of Crotone in the "Timpa Bianca" area. The vinification is carried out through de-stemming, soft pressing, yield in free-run must 60% on the grapes, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. Maturation takes place in steel with a slight passage in barriques. It has a straw yellow color with greenish hues, it has a fruity, fragrant and delicate aroma and a soft and lively flavor. It is consumed with appetizers and fish-based dishes.
