The Rupes Digestive Amaro is the daily pleasure to be enjoyed in relaxation after meals or for meditation evenings. The bitter can be tried after a meal or as a drink extended with sparkling water or ice. The main ingredients of Rupes are: Calabrian licorice, wild fennel and bay leaves. Amaro Rupes has its roots in centuries-old Calabrian traditions dating back to the Middle Ages, years in which the amaro was used as a digestive remedy in monasteries.

Today the Rupes is projected to the future with a strong and refined taste, together with an unmistakable Mediterranean character. According to historical records, the name of the amaro derives from the place where it was distilled at the beginning of the 19th century, at the foot of the Rocella Rock. Its realization takes place with the old artisan method of cold maceration of the thirty aromatic and officinal herbs that compose it; among these, wild fennel, Calabrian licorice and bay leaves stand out. A bitter amber brown color with an unmistakable flavor and an inebriating and relaxing scent. To be enjoyed in an armchair after a long day of work, in a low tumbler.

Amaro in the "GOLD" version is aged in oak barrels and is produced in a limited edition. Rupes is a meditation bitter, with an amber brown color and a unique, unmistakable and balanced flavor; the scent is intense with marked herbaceous notes. Hints of ginger chocolate and a contained bitterness make this bitter rich and tempting, leaving a composed softness on the palate. Enjoy it at room temperature or frozen (-20 ° C), sitting at the table at the end of a tasty dinner consumed in pleasant company, or perhaps in an armchair at any time of the day, letting your eyes and thoughts wander through delicate images. Hold it for a few seconds in your mouth to be able to perceive the different taste sensations and enhance the experience of each single sweet sip.
