We have created this trio thanks to the multiple requests of our customers to have the three most used products in Italian cuisine. This trio contains crushed green olives, fillet aubergines and dried tomatoes, which are the three main ingredients to always have in the kitchen.

The olives

We produce our crushed olives directly on the Silano plateau, working them by hand and according to the Calabrian tradition. We only use selected raw materials of the highest quality but above all we do not use any type of preservative, dye, or other ingredient that is not natural. To this we combine extra virgin olive oil and locally produced wine vinegar.

Our olives are firm and crunchy ideal for an appetizer or to eat throughout the meal, also ideal as a snack or aperitif.

The olives are processed and pitted by hand so they may contain pieces of stone.

Ingredients: 85% crushed green olives, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), chilli, garlic (contains sulphites), fennel and salt.

Once opened, cover with oil and keep in the fridge.

Tomatoes

Dried tomatoes in oil are the result of the drying process of freshly picked tomatoes produced in Calabria. The drying process of tomatoes is completely natural, it can take place in the open air. The dried tomato also has beneficial properties for the body, as well as being easily digestible, its peel is rich in important vitamins against skin aging. Our recipe derives from the self-production that still takes place in Calabria and that differs from the classic dried tomatoes because they are enriched with different spices such as bay leaf, mint and oregano.

All the processing of our dried tomatoes takes place with completely natural techniques that include harvesting, the first processing, drying and then the second processing and potting. We only use selected raw materials of the highest quality but above all we do not use any type of preservative, dye, or other ingredient that is not natural. To this we combine extra virgin olive oil and locally produced wine vinegar.

Ingredients: Dried tomatoes 85%, Extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil (in variable proportions), wine vinegar (contains sulphites), bay leaf, mint, garlic (contains sulphites), oregano and salt. NATUAL PRODUCT

Once opened, cover with oil and keep in the fridge.

The eggplants

In the Calabrian homemade appetizer you cannot miss the aubergine fillets in oil that usually are accompanied with spicy sausage, capicollo, soppressata and pecorino cheese. Fillet aubergines in oil are just one of the best and most used preserves in Calabria, often self-produced at home by aunts and grandmothers.

Our fillet aubergines are processed by hand in compliance with the recipes used in Calabria precisely for the self-production of this preserve. In fact, in our aubergines we include mint and the inevitable non-spicy chili pepper. We only use selected raw materials of the highest quality but above all we do not use any type of preservative, dye, or other ingredient that is not natural. To this we combine extra virgin olive oil and locally produced wine vinegar.

Ingredients: Aubergine fillets, Extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), salt, mint, garlic (contains sulphites) and chilli.

NATUAL PRODUCT

Once opened, cover with oil and keep in the fridge.
