Calabrian green tomatoes in oil 290 gr

Green tomatoes according to the Calabrian and southern tradition in general allowed not to waste the last tomatoes, which for meteorological reasons would never have reached maturity. Today these tomatoes are pickled in oil that has nothing to envy to red tomatoes and which indeed adds a touch of novelty to our appetizers. The distinctly sour taste also makes it an excellent accompaniment to boiled meat.

Ingredients: Green tomatoes 67%, sunflower oil, salt, vinegar, garlic, oregano, fennel, parsley and black pepper.
