Sliced Calabrian Homemade Aubergines 580 gr

In the homemade Calabrian appetizer, sliced aubergines in oil cannot be missing, which are usually accompanied by spicy sausage, capicollo, soppressata and pecorino cheese. Filleted aubergines in oil are just one of the best and most used preserves in Calabria, often self-produced at home by aunts and grandmothers. Our sliced aubergines are handmade in compliance with the recipes used in Calabria for the self-production of this preserve.

In fact, in our aubergines we include l0rigano, parsley and the ever-present mild chilli pepper. We only use selected and high quality raw materials but above all we do not use any type of preservative, dye, or other ingredient that is not natural.
