The Ippolito company was founded in 1895 when Vincenzo Ippolito imprinted his initials on the country house in the Marina of Cirò among vineyards, olive groves and orange groves. In a very varied agriculture, the vine begins to play a very important role, although the consumption of wine was purely local. Currently the company boasts of 14 labels on 4 continents. The valorization of its native vines, the protection of the territory, respect for traditions, nature and its biodiversity are the cornerstones of a love story born over 160 years ago and destined to last a long time. The wine we offer is characterized by the aging that takes place over a period of 8 months in French oak barrels. It has a ruby red color and exudes an intense and persistent smell with notes of ripe cherry, geranium and undergrowth. It has a fresh and clean taste. Ideal with red meat dishes, semi-matured and seasoned cheeses, well seasoned pasta dishes. The alcohol content is 13.5%. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 16 ° C -18 ° C.
