The Librandi winery is based in Cirò Marina, a charming town on the Calabrian Ionian coast. This area is naturally suited for the cultivation of the vine, for the goodness of the clayey soil, for its good geographical position. The Librandi company has been cultivating lives for four generations, while bottling with the company name began in the 1950s. The red wine we offer has an intense red color. The fermentation of this wine takes place in temperature-controlled steel with a 15-day maceration. The aging takes place in wood, for 16 months in barriques of Allier and with a short stay in the bottle for 6 months before marketing. On the palate you can taste a pleasant plum that invades the whole mouth, also confirmed by the scent, and through rough but not too much points, as if they were small dots between the tongue and the palate: the tannins give rise to this pleasant sensation.
