A perfect combination to create delicious and refined dishes. Dried egg pasta with Calabrian black truffle. After cooking, it can be consumed by potential consumers after checking their sensitivity to allergens. Product obtained from a mixture of durum wheat semolina, eggs (20%), Calabrian black truffle (3%) and water, subsequently subjected to lamination, formation and drying.

For a good shelf life of the product and to enjoy its fragrance, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight; do not store in the refrigerator below freezing, do not expose to water or sun.
