

Obtained from Gaglioppo and Sangiovese grapes grown in our vineyards in Strongoli with North West exposure. After a low temperature maceration on the skins and an aging on the fine lees, it enhances its characteristics in the subsequent short passage in barriques. Ruby red wine with a scent reminiscent of black cherry with hints of spice.
Fresh, full, soft and harmonious taste. It goes very well with first courses of meat, and also roasted fish.
