Red Wine Ciro Caparra & Siciliani Solagi cl. 75

Vinified in a traditional way, aged in stainless steel tanks. Ideal for meat, roasts and mature cheeses. The wine should be served at room temperature.
"Solagi" is a place in the territory of Ciro Marina where there is a tower. This small fort (which dates back to the time of the Swabians and Angevins) had the task of lookout and warning of imminent danger to the inhabitants of the coast, to give them the opportunity to take cover.
