

Amantea mostaccioli are very similar in shape and taste to the Calabrian ones but differ in the presence of cloves and orange. They appear as hard basic desserts which however tend to soften over time. Precisely for this reason it is tradition to make them at the Immaculate Conception to be consumed during all the holidays.
Ingredients: honey, dark chocolate, almonds, cinnamon, orange, cloves, flour, colored sprinkles.
