La confiture de bergamote est une confiture unique en son genre capable de rendre le petit-déjeuner ou le goûter vraiment spécial.

Pour notre confiture, nous utilisons uniquement et exclusivement de la bergamote de Calabre. Ce fruit, composé à 80% d'eau, d'acide citrique, de sucres et de vitamine C, est un agrume riche en protéines, fibres alimentaires et sels minéraux (sodium, potassium et magnésium). La bergamote est considérée comme un antioxydant naturel, parmi lesquels se distinguent les flavonoïdes qui peuvent ralentir le vieillissement des cellules et lutter contre les radicaux libres. D'où une confiture de bergamote au goût surprenant et aux mille propriétés. Cette confiture se marie bien avec les fromages frais et les fromages à tartiner ainsi qu'avec la ricotta de brebis. Il est également excellent pour les garnitures et les garnitures pour tartes, biscuits et desserts cuits au four. Délicieux s'il est utilisé dans la préparation des exquis bocconotti calabrais.
