Produktbeschreibung Aus der Mischung von Lorbeerblatt, wildem Fenchel und Lakritz, mediterranen Kräutern mit hohen Verdauungseigenschaften wird Kephas geboren, ein Bitterstoff, der in Griechisch-Kalabrien nach einem von den Brüdern Antonio und Pietro Autelitano entwickelten Rezept zubereitet wird. Die Empfehlungen für die Verwendung erfordern, dass es am Ende einer Mahlzeit sehr kalt verzehrt wird, als Durstlöscher, kombiniert mit einem Spritzer Tonic Water, einer Scheibe Zitrone und Eis oder mit Haselnusseis für ein köstliches Affogato.
