Wenn die Sauce italienischer Tomaten auf Steinpilze trifft, entsteht die fertige Sauce mit Steinpilzen "La Calabrese". Diese fertige Sauce ist ein Muss in Ihrer Speisekammer.

Für die Herstellung verwenden wir nur italienische Tomaten, frisch und handverarbeitet nach kalabrischer Tradition, mit frischen Steinpilzen und Petersilie nach kalabrischem Rezept.

Die Wahl der sogenannten "Bier" -Flasche ist mit der kalabrischen Tradition verbunden, die die Verwendung von Bierflaschen vorsah und noch immer vorsieht, da diese aus einem härteren Glas hergestellt werden, das den Bedürfnissen der Familien gut entspricht. Das Format ist ideal für Nudelsauce für 4 Personen.

Zutaten: ITALIENISCHES Tomatenmark 90%, Olivenöl, Steinpilze (Boletas edulis) 4%, Salz, Knoblauch 0,1% (enthält Sulfite) Zitronensäure.

Nach dem Öffnen gekühlt aufbewahren und innerhalb von 3-4 Tagen verbrauchen.
