Ein Unternehmen, das dank der Präsenz einer internen Ölmühle direkt Öl ausschließlich aus seinen eigenen Oliven produziert.
Carola ist seit jeher die Sorte der Familie Spina, die sich von Generation zu Generation liebevoll um die 1800 Jahrhunderte alten Olivenbäume des Unternehmens kümmert. Die Olivenernte erfolgt, wenn die Früchte den richtigen Reifegrad erreicht haben und im richtigen Moment geschüttelt und zur firmeneigenen Ölmühle transportiert werden. Die Umwandlung erfolgt mit Hilfe einer modernen Ölmühle mit kontinuierlichem Kaltkreislauf, um alle Eigenschaften des Öls zu gewährleisten und zu bewahren.
