Panettone wurde in Mailand geboren, ist aber mittlerweile der am meisten konsumierte Weihnachtskuchen der Welt. Wir von Calabria da Gustare haben uns für die Realisierung unseres Panettone an diejenigen gewandt, die schon immer Panettone hergestellt haben und dies in einer renommierten Konditorei tun. Die Herstellung unseres Panettone erfolgt komplett in Handarbeit. Artisan bedeutet sorgfältige Auswahl der Zutaten, langsame Verarbeitung ausschließlich von Hand, doppeltes Schweben und anschließendes Kochen.

Für unsere Füllungen haben wir ausschließlich einfache und lokale Produkte ausgewählt und das Ergebnis ist ein weicher Panettone mit einem einzigartigen Geschmack und Geschmack.
