In 2005, some members of the Iuzzolini family began processing the grapes by adopting a modern and equipped cellar, thus realizing a dream handed down over time. The wine we offer is a wine that is vinified in the province of Crotone in the locality of "Motta". It is vinified through de-stemming, soft pressing and yield of 60% of the grapes in free-run must. It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, a floral scent and a full and pleasantly fruity flavor. We recommend consuming it with fish first courses.

Production area: Calabria, eastern center in the province of Crotone, in the Carfizzi area of “Motta”.
Soil: clayey, calcareous.
Altitude: from 200 to 300 meters above sea level
Training system: espalier with a density of 5600 plants per hectare.
Climate: Mediterranean, with mild winters and hot, dry summers.
Harvest: manual last week of September.
Yield per hectare of grapes: 60-70 quintals
Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, yield of 60% free-run must on the grapes.
Aging: in steel the white Greco and two months in barriques the Chardonnay.
Aging: one month in the bottle at a controlled temperature.
Tasting: Color - straw yellow with light greenish reflections.
Bouquet - floral, complex and soft with slight notes of dried apricot and exotic fruit.
Taste - full and pleasantly fruity. Alcohol content: 12.5% by vol.
Food pairing: it is enhanced with first courses of fish, shellfish and seafood. Serving temperature: 8-10 ° C.
