Spicy chilli jam Gr 180

Chilli jam is a sweet and sour preserve that combines the flavor of hot pepper with the sweetness of sugar.

 In local gastronomy, chilli jam is mainly used in appetizers, on bruschetta on cheeses, especially hard ones or in the preparation of sauces for first and second courses.

Our jam includes the exclusive use of sweet pepper (75%) with the addition of sugar and lemon juice. So no ingredients that are not completely natural. Our recipe is an exclusive that derives from the self-production of this preserve that still takes place in Calabria and especially on the Tyrrhenian coast of Cosenza.

Ingredients: Sweet pepper (75%, hot pepper, sugar, lemon juice and wine vinegar (contains sulphites).

Once opened, cover with oil and keep in the fridge.
