Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed. The must obtained is clarified with cold static decantation. Start of fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks until completion
Aging: At the end of fermentation the wine is kept on the yeasts for approximately 1-2 months with subsequent refinement in steel until bottling. The bottled product is normally stored for approximately 15/20 days before being placed on the market
