Produced with Magliocco grapes, a vine already celebrated in the 19th century but then forgotten until being rediscovered in recent decades, Barak stands out for its fascinating black grapes with a bluish tone that give the wine a brilliant ruby red shade. After rigorous manual harvesting, we proceed with drying, a technique now rooted in the company tradition.
This practice allows the juices to be concentrated through gradual evaporation of the water, giving the wine a bouquet rich in extraordinary aromas and unique characteristics.
The vines vigorously embrace the arid soil, expressing all their potential in a limited but exceptional quality production. Barak presents itself as an original wine with a strong personality, in which the roots of regional tradition blend with the company's artisan techniques, giving life to a glass that fascinates and envelops.
