The wine we offer is a red wine produced in the province of Crotone in the "Niballo" area. This wine is characterized by the particular vinification: 50% carbonic maceration and 50% cryomaceration, racking and soft pressing. The maturation is carried out in steel containers for a period of 3 months and the refinement for a month in the bottle at a controlled temperature. It has a bright red color with violet reflections, a fruity and floral scent and has a fresh, lively and soft flavor.
