La vigueur du cépage principal de la Calabre, le Gaglioppo, et la douceur du grand Bordeaux, le Cabernet Sauvignon, s'associent pour donner vie à I Mori.
Cépages: Gaglioppo (70%), Cabernet S. (30%).
Degré alcoolique: 14% Vol.
Technique de production: les raisins vendangés à la main dans la deuxième décade d'octobre sont traditionnellement vinifiés dans des fermenteurs thermo-contrôlés. Un élevage de 12 mois en petits fûts de chêne français adoucit la vigueur des tanins.
Caractéristiques: robe rubis intense aux notes violettes, le nez présente un spectre aromatique complexe, fruits rouges mûrs sur des notes d'épices, de vanille et de balsamique. Avec une belle structure, en bouche il est doux, chaud et bien équilibré.
Conseil: à associer avec des pâtes bien assaisonnées, des rôtis et des fromages affinés. Température de service idéale: 18 ° C (65 ° F)
