NOTES DE DEGUSTATION: Vue: La vue est caractérisée par une couleur rouge pâle. Nez: Le nez est intense, frais avec des arômes de fruits rouges et d'épices qui complètent les nuances de myrtilles, de baies et de prunes. Bouche: En bouche, ce vin rouge classique est perçu en bouche, les tanins mûrs et la consistance du corps en font un vin rouge incroyablement riche mais tolérant. DENOMINATION: Calabre (Italie).
CAVE: Librandi.
VARIÉTÉ: Gaglioppo.
VIEILLISSEMENT: Le raffinement de ce cépage monovariétal Gaglioppo a lieu en acier inoxydable à température contrôlée, avec pressurage doux des raisins et macération courte. En acier inoxydable, avec un raffinement supplémentaire en bouteille pendant quelques mois avant la sortie.
VINIFICATION: La cave Librandi fondée en 1950 est située à Cirò Marina, une petite ville de Calabre, la récolte de ces raisins se fait manuellement, ils sont vieillis en fûts en acier inoxydable.
ACCOMPAGNEMENT: Idéal pour accompagner les apéritifs, les viandes rouges grillées ou rôties, les charcuteries et les fromages affinés.
