In der kalabrischen hausgemachten Vorspeise dürfen Sie die Auberginenfilets in Öl nicht verpassen, die normalerweise mit würziger Wurst, Capicollo, Soppressata und Pecorino-Käse begleitet werden. Filet-Auberginen in Öl sind nur eines der besten und am häufigsten verwendeten Konfitüren in Kalabrien, die oft von Tanten und Großmüttern selbst hergestellt werden.

Unsere Filet-Auberginen werden von Hand nach den in Kalabrien verwendeten Rezepten verarbeitet, um dieses Konfitüre selbst herzustellen. Tatsächlich enthalten wir in unseren Auberginen Minze und den unvermeidlichen nicht-würzigen Chili-Pfeffer. Wir verwenden nur ausgewählte Rohstoffe von höchster Qualität, aber vor allem keine Konservierungsmittel, Farbstoffe oder andere Inhaltsstoffe, die nicht natürlich sind. Dazu kombinieren wir natives Olivenöl extra und lokal produzierten Weinessig.

Zutaten: Auberginenfilets, Olivenöl extra vergine, Sonnenblumenöl, Weinessig (enthält Sulfite), Salz, Minze, Knoblauch (enthält Sulfite) und Chili.

NATÜRLICHES PRODUKT

Nach dem Öffnen mit Öl abdecken und im Kühlschrank aufbewahren.
