Bergamotte-Marmelade ist eine einzigartige Marmelade, die ein Frühstück oder einen Snack zu etwas ganz Besonderem macht.

Für unsere Konfitüre verwenden wir ausschließlich kalabresische Bergamotte. Diese Frucht, die zu 80 % aus Wasser, Zitronensäure, Zucker und Vitamin C besteht, ist eine Zitrusfrucht, die reich an Proteinen, Ballaststoffen und Mineralsalzen (Natrium, Kalium und Magnesium) ist. Bergamotte gilt als natürliches Antioxidans, unter denen die Flavonoide hervorstechen, die die Zellalterung verlangsamen und freie Radikale bekämpfen können. Daher eine Bergamotte-Marmelade mit überraschendem Geschmack und tausend Eigenschaften. Diese Konfitüre passt gut zu Frisch- und Streichkäse und auch zu Schafsricotta. Es eignet sich auch hervorragend für Füllungen und Füllungen für Pasteten, Kekse und gebackene Desserts. Köstlich bei der Zubereitung des exquisiten kalabrischen Bocconotti.
