Made from "Pecorello" grapes, an autochthonous vine present above all in Calabria, it ferments and ages in large wooden barrels. It represents a return to the origins: a journey back in time that has allowed us to create a unique product. Its name, which translated from ancient Greek means "sheep", is a tribute to our ancestors. In short, the white nectar you are about to drink contains the essence of our land and our history.
