King Italo is the real founding father of Calabria. In 1350 BC he unifies the region and begins to leave deep traces in the culture of the Mediterranean.
The first "sissizi" dates back to that period: communal lunches in which the social, economic and political life of the court was woven. King Italo managed to unify the territory with war but also with peace as already told by Aristotle. Such an evocative name had to be forcibly linked to typical products of Calabria.
As King Italo has unified the different souls of his people, Qual'Italy has linked clementines, oranges, cedars, lemons and bergamots.
