Erziehungssystem: Gespornter horizontaler Kordon mit Südostausrichtung. Pflanzdichte: 5000 Pflanzen/ha. Ertrag pro Hektar: 80/85 Doppelzentner. Abwehrmethoden: Antiparasitäre Bekämpfung mit kontrollierten Umweltauswirkungen. Erntezeit: Mitte September, erste Oktoberwoche

Erntemethode: Manuelle Weinbereitung: Die Trauben werden entrappt und 8–10 Stunden lang mazeriert. Nach der sanften Pressung wird der gewonnene Vorlaufmost durch kalte statische Dekantierung geklärt, wobei die Gärung bis zu ihrem Abschluss bei kontrollierter Temperatur beginnt.

Verfeinerung: Am Ende der Gärung bleibt der Wein etwa 1–2 Monate auf der Hefe und wird anschließend bis zur Abfüllung in Stahltanks verfeinert.

Das abgefüllte Produkt wird normalerweise etwa 15 bis 20 Tage lang gelagert, bevor es auf den Markt kommt
